The Boaz Tree Commission is sponsoring the Adopt-A-Tree Program to enhance to the beauty and environment of our great City.  Guidelines and a Sponsors Agreement are listed below.
Tree City USA, sponsored by The National Arbor Day Foundation in cooperation with the USDA Forest Service and the National Association of State Foresters, provides direction, technical assistance, public attention, and national recognition for urban and community forestry programs in thousands of towns and cities that more than 93 million Americans call home.

Guidelines: Agreement:
Contributions of $200 include the tree, personal recognition plaque, irrigation and maintenance. 

Sponsors will be notified of the location of their tree in the city of Boaz. 

Trees will be planted during the fall and winter months only. 

Trees can only be planted on public property at designated locations.

Boaz Tree Commission offers citizens and organizations an opportunity to assist in beautifying the city of Boaz.  With your individual efforts, this program can be successful!

Adopt - A- Tree is a great way to show our community spirit and also recognize, honor, or remember an individual, group, or organization.

The adopter must fill out and return the attached agreement form along with a check for $200 for each tree.  Your tree(s) will be planted and maintained by the City of Boaz.

The Boaz Tree Commission will place a  personalized plaque at the base of your tree in recognition of your contribution.
