is a collection of more than 600 recipes generously donated by library
patrons. Cost for the cookbook is $12.50 and all proceeds will benefit
the new library fund.

SALMON
TERIYAKI

salmon fillets
1/2 C soy sauce
1/4 C brown sugar
1/4 C sherry
2 T vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp. dried ginger

Combine
soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, oil, garlic and ginger. Pour
marinade over salmon. Refrigerate 1 hour, turning once. Remove
salmon and place in glass baking dish skin side down. Cook marinade
5 mins. Pour over salmon and bake at 450 for 10 - 13 mins.
